Civil Engineering Students PkM Technocrat University Clean Mosques and Madrasas

Bandarlampung, – The Civil Engineering Student Association (HIMA) of the Indonesian Technocrat University is one of the best private universities
in Lampung again held Community Service (PkM).

The PkM activity which took place at the Ar Ridho Mosque and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar (MIMA) 7, Jalan Sukardi Hamdani Palapa 5A Labuhan Ratu Bandarlampung, took the form of spraying disinfectants and social services, Saturday (7/11/2020).

This was done by Indonesian Technocrat University students to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. With the aim of being a form of work program from the social division of the HIMA Civil Engineering University of Indonesia Technocrats University in the context of preventing Covid-19.

PkM activities involve all members of the HIMA Civil Engineering social division, with the chief executive Dimas Wahyu Saputra. The Head of Civil Engineering Study Program, Dian Pratiwi, SE, MEg explained, spraying disinfectants and social services (cleaning and cleaning the surrounding environment) Ar Ridho Mosque and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masyariqul Anwar (MIMA) 7 Jalan Sukardi Hamdani Palapa 5A is intended as a form of work program from the community social division. hima civil engineering in the context of preventing Covid 19. Those involved in this activity were all members of the social division of the hima civil engineering community at the Technocrat University.

The mosque management and the local community welcomed and positively welcomed the social activities carried out by the Technocrat University students. Considering that mosques and schools are public facilities that must be kept clean, especially during the Covid-19 period.

It is the hope of the mosque management and the community that the spraying of disinfectants can be carried out on a scheduled basis so that residents who will worship and carry out teaching and learning processes at schools feel more safe and comfortable, considering the COVID-19 outbreak is still a scourge for local residents. The head of the local RT also thanked the Indonesian Technocrat University for its service program.
