Bandarlampung, – Another encouraging news came from students from the Indonesian Technocrat University (UTI). The best private campus in Lampung came out as the 2nd winner of the National e-Sport in the Mobile Legends sport.
In the UNJ Chancellor’s Cup competition, the UTI e-Sport Team succeeded in eliminating the best teams in Indonesia from the preliminary round to the semifinals.
The UTI team consisting of Ahmad Rendy Harahap (Information System), Ilham Utama Putra (Computer Engineering), Eza Gustiano Defysky (Sports Education), Ahmad Habiburrahman Kadir (Computer Engineering), and Elvan Saputra (Informatics) had to settle for 2nd place after being defeated Bogor Agricultural Institute.
“Alhamdulillah, mas, I congratulate you on the achievement of the e-Sport Team of the Indonesian Technocrat University,” said UTI Deputy Chancellor III for Student Affairs Muhammad Najib DS, S.Kom., M.T.
According to him, the achievements achieved by UTI are good news, where currently electronic sports (e-sports) are developing and have entered the 2019 SEA Games sport.
“I appreciate the UTI e-Sport team being able to win and be able to compete with well-known universities at the national level,” he said.
