The best private university in Sumatra, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia held Technical Guidance for Pedagogic and Professional Competency Development for Prospective Educators in the Digital Era which took place, Saturday (21/8/2021).
Person in Charge of Activities Achmad Yudi Wahyudin, MPd, explained that this program is part of the National Movement for Mental Revolution with the Community in 2021 in collaboration with the Coordinating Ministry for Development and Culture (PMK).
Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, merupakan Universitas Terbaik di Sumbagsel, mendapat kepercayaan dari Kemenko PMK menyelenggarakan Bimtek. Sebanyak 70 peserta terpilih calon guru mengikuti bimbingan teknis dalam rangka mewujudkan Gerakan Kampus Mengajar, sebelum mereka terjun melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran. Peserta Bimtek mendapat materi tentang:
The Value of Mental Revolution in Learning in Higher Education, presented by Akhyar Rido, SS., MA., Ph.D. Collaborative Learning: Learner-Centered Learning, presented by Achmad Yudi Wahyudin, S.Pd., M.Pd.
Teacher Professional Ethics, which was delivered by Berlinda Mandasari, S.Pd., M.Pd. Motivation for Success in Implementing Teaching in Schools delivered by three speakers, namely; Lulud Oktaviani, SP.d, MP.d, Sugama Maskar, SP.d, MP.d and Imam Mahfud, SP.d, MPd.
Akhyar Rido delivered material to Bimtek participants. Furthermore, Achmad Yudi said that prospective teachers currently face challenges, namely not only developing their competencies in the digital era but also managing learning in the midst of a pandemic.
“With this Bimtek, it is hoped that they can equip prospective teachers to be able to help 20 schools in Lampung Province, maintain the quality of the teaching and learning process during the pandemic,” said Achmad Yudi.
Deputy Chancellor I of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Dr H Mahathir Muhammad SE MM said that his party was proud to be working with the Ministry. He welcomes this synergy.
Mahathir asked all educators to provide maximum learning. Especially during the pandemic, learning is carried out online.
Mahathir wants this technical guidance to provide adequate supplies to each participant. So, when providing education and lessons, they are able to carry out optimally.
